Candice Richaud is CECED’s Corporate Issues Manager. She joined CECED in 2008 as Trade & Consumer Affairs Specialist.
Candice covers energy efficiency (the energy label and EU energy and climate 2030 policies), energy markets (smart grids, smart appliances, demand response) and consumer affairs.
Before joining the CECED team, she completed internships at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition and at Interpol.
Candice has a specialisation in EU law from the University of Lille and holds a double Degree in international law, politics & economics and foreign languages from the University of Grenoble (France).
A French national, Candice speaks English fluently and has a some knowledge of Portuguese and German.
