Félix Mailleux is CECED’s Energy Policy Specialist. He joined the Secretariat in March 2015.

Before working for CECED, Félix completed a traineeship at the European and international affairs department of a Belgian trade union, based in Brussels.

Félix holds a Master Degree in Political Science from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. He did a one-year exchange programme in England and Flanders and studied half a year at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Bordeaux, France.

A Belgian national, Félix speaks English and French fluently. He also speaks good Portuguese.
