Paolo Falcioni is CECED's Director General.

In this position he has created an International Roundtable of Household Appliance Manufacturers Associations (IRHMA) to tackle global issues like sustainability in a global manner. He was nominated President of the Coalition for Energy Savings, a multi-stakeholder organisation to improve energy efficiency in Europe. He is one of the Board members in the Smart Energy Demand Coalition.

He has been nominated to serve in the REFIT platform as a representative of the stakeholder group.

Before joining CECED, he worked for over fourteen years within the household appliance industry sector.

Prior to that, Paolo worked for ten years in the telecommunication sector.

An Italian national, Paolo also speaks English and French fluently.
