CECED believes that the ‘Joint initiative on Standardisation’ is an excellent opportunity to better set priorities and speed up standards setting and their quality. To that extent, it is important to respect the global nature of standardisation and the voluntary role of standards.
CECED believes that the ‘Joint initiative on Standardisation’ is an excellent opportunity to better set priorities and speed up standards setting and their quality. To that extent, it is important to respect the global nature of standardisation and the voluntary role of standards. If all stakeholders were to participate in the standard making process, it would be possible to write better standards. CECED is committed to actively participating in the drafting and commenting of the initiative in order to preserve and improve operational excellence of ESOs.
